GB, you can't say my thread is irrelevant.. since this event got rewards for outpost command. sure I want to know If I get it. I need to use it before or after merge.
if it will reset to 5k, sure i will use it after merge. if not I can use it now to increase my garrison amount,right ?

Hi GB / lissy,

I want to buy a hero in this event but not able to buy k koins.
I have credit card which has more then enough balance, koram is not accepting it. For my debit card when it goes to mobile conformation, it does not send message on my mobile. My mobile is fine getting messages from all friends just not from koram and previously I have used my same debit card to buy gold also It was never asking for mobile conformation.
I tried this 3-4 times and now it says I can not buy gold till 24 hours. I already register this issue at customer service but its already 4 hours but no one is  responding. The event is going to expire in some time and I will not able to buy these generals as well as will not able to get good rewards from event too.

Please some one do something.

about your card payment you can ask our CS because they have your data and they will help you out

If you didn't bind any accounts before your add gold, the rewards will be sent to one of your account which has been registered earlier, if you bind one of the account after you added gold, i think the gold will be sent to the bound account, if you got any problem which is related with this, please try to contact cs, they can help you out, thanks~

Hi, I forgot to add on. If you did not clear the troops inside, the tomb will not reset until you do so.

Its 1 AM right now and I have work tomorrow. I am waiting for customer care's reply from last 7 to 8 hours and they are still just revising my complain not a single reply from long time. I am going to sleep. I wanted to buy a wind guardian on S74 and Lv Liang on my U23 server. This is my question number : K1205161756738.

All gone, Not able to add gold... Now I am 1 day behind on S74 and Lv Liang and event after that on U23 and all Jade globes are gone for me... this is really frustrating now. It feels like I am never going to spend a penny again in koram.

After these long waiting I got a reply from CS.
" Hello, thanks for contacting Customer Service.Regarding this issue, you should contact with moneybookers.There is something wrong with your credit card.We understand your frustration and thank you for your understanding. If you need further help, please contact us asap."

This is the customer service of the koram. And you guys says to contact CS first. I have bought the gold many time before with same cards... I have city bank credit card and never had a problem with that anywhere. Even after this problem I bought a 100$ shoes online with same credit card. And say my credit card has a problem then what about debit card?

And why I should go to moneybookers.. I do not understand all your terms.. I just can understand that I have cards and I know the link how to buy gold and kcoins... Why I should ask moneybookers.. I dont know where are moneybookers and how to contact them... after few attempts they blocked me from adding gold for 24 hrs and there was a notice that we can not allow you for further instruction contact your wender. So is this a blame game?
Who is responsible for my loss? Can I add gold on S74? Am I able to buy multiserver general on U23 from this event?
With all the work and stuff at 1:30 AM instead of enjoyment I get such frustration.. and still you guys just says that contact CS? Is CS really solution?
