Question on scrimmage

I sent a hero to do scrimmage. It took 5 minutes to arrive in Ba Country. After 5 minutes, nothing happened. In Command Center, I can see my hero. It says "Local army Attack Ba County", but the time requiered is 00:00:00. What happened? It's already been more than 30 minutes like that.

you are suffering from a stuck timers bug. pls report it to customer service. I sent in a ticket, myself.

send customer service ticket through in game menu above player picture. the icon looks like a telephone.
