Note: For most players, the latest installer will be enough. You can auto update your client when you install the game. But if you have issues auto updating, you can download the latest manual patch and update your client manually.

Would you please try to download the installer for a second time?
The files might have been broken during last download.

Then, please try the previous installer released on Oct. 15 and download the latest manual patch out.

having trouble with patching, launcher keeps on crashing. Without proper customer support I guess this game is as good as dead. Was really looking forward to playing this games. Too bad it ain't running.

Pls help i try to download the spirit tales and when i log in the town there's no NPC i try to download the old and the new installer and it doesn't work and still no NPC i really want to play this game but i guest i will try other game because this game is almost dead or something is going on.
