Look at the "Share With Friends" section and copy the promotion link.
Send this new link to your friends and have them register an account with it. As long as they're not already logged in on the Koramgame site or forum, this link should lead to the main ST page with a registration area.

After your friend is signed up, you will start to receive silver points as your friend levels up in the game, and gold points when they charge real money for KCoins.

You can check the event page I linked you for your updated point totals and exchange for prizes.
You will receive a code when you exchange your points for a prize.
To redeem this code, go inside the game, open the Mall (press i) and click Promo to enter your code.
The code comes in two parts, the first part you enter in "ID" and the second goes in "Password".

Then you can withdraw your prize in the Mall Chest which may require a special mall password if you already submitted one. If you haven't done that yet, it'll ask you to make a new password so you just need to enter one there.

Can you guys say me if i click in exchange i'll use that points or they i'll stay or like the example i click in Magpie orb (40 silver points) i'll lose 40 points or they i'll stay?

It'll work on G+.. I mean.. it's a link.. Why it shouldn't?
And if you use the points of course you lose them.. That's normal :\

For every 10 Kcoins charged, you receive 9 gold points.
This means it's using the Kcoins charged value instead of the resulting mall coins from exchanging the Kcoins.

It sounds like they bought a total of 60 Kcoins. (60 Kcoins exchanges into 420 mall coins). As a result, you should've received 54 gold points. Not sure how it became 55 points or 423 mall coins instead though.

today i exchange sp to some wp orb but it say that "The code of this item is used up"
then i exchange exp orb, it still normal

That means all of the WP orb codes have been used up, when this happens it's best to take a screenshot of the error and let the staff know here:

The codes are limited since they need to be generated and then put into the event. They just need to make more codes and then it can continue like normal.

i follow the step listed above and enter the code as the ID  and my mall password but i dont rec any item in the chest. can some help me?

did you split the code up, first part is user, second part is password, and then once it appears in mall you use your mall pw to retrieve it from the mall.
