Resumption of Invite a Friend Event!

As of today we are restarting the invite a friend event.

If you have friends and classmates who you just know would love to get involved in Spirit Tales, then invite them on over!
Whenever you invite your friends over you can earn yourself Gold and Silver points that will go towards earning you some cool prizes.
To those players who have Gold and Silver points left over from the event before, you can now use them to get yourself some of these great prizes!

Due to exploitation of the system during the invite a friend event last time, we have made some changes to ensure that this time things will go smoothly.

• Certain prizes have been removed or replaced
• Items with attribute increasing or functional value are no longer tradable
• The amount of points needed for certain items has been altered.

But then you say:

"Only items in Bold are tradable"

Some of the items in bold are legendary and epic costumes, which last time I checked increased attributes. This is confusing. Please clarify.

Can i ask something about gaining silver points? When this event came, I invited 2 friends.
And when they gained levels, each levels gives silver points.
But due to the exploitation of this event, it was closed.

And now, the event is back, I invited again 2 friends to gain more silver points.
What happen to the distribution of points?

Here's my computation of my past invited friend


Friend (A)
lvl 2 = 5
lvl 3 = 5
lvl 4 = 5
lvl 5 = 5
lvl 6 = 5
lvl 7 = 5
lvl 8 = 5
lvl 9 = 5
lvl 10 = 5
And when he reached lv l10, i got 5 x 9 levels = 45 silver points

But now, i wont receive any points, every time he level up.

Can you explain to me?
Or maybe I'm wrong

Can you atleast make an excemption on the orbs? Kindly make it tradable please. It would be a big help on people in countries where its not easy to top up. kindly hear your people please.

I know how you feel bro. I hope they will hear as out. Its enough that the rainbow meteor should be untradable. and besides a little orb wont be harmful. Koram please hear your people out

Disagree, the orbs have had a bad impact on the game. IMO orbs should never of been introduced in the first place. Its turned it into one big AFK zone and no one works for their levels anymore.

And yes the CM's should be untradable. Were you not here the last time they run this invite a friend thing, and basically the whole game economy imploded.

Orbs are fun. We are talking about exploitation stuffs here. A little orbs wont hurt right? we are just asking a little consideration. Not everyone in the game are rich enough to buy orbs. This will be a big help for everyone. just saying

Yes it would hurt because you only need 40 points to get an orb and it would be very easy to get 40 points. I will presume you weren't here the last time this was implemented. Last time everything was tradable and people just made hundreds of multiple accounts, level them up and flood the market with hundreds of item, thus destroying the economy.

As for saying orbs are fun. The only way orbs are fun is because your doing something else while AFK dancing instead of actually enjoying the game. If you can't afford to buy orbs don't, they are not essential to enjoy the game. You could try go and level the old fashioned way.

Hi guys,

The distribution of silver points has indeed been altered for the sake of not affecting the game's economy like the original Invite a Friend event did. I understand this may be frustrating, but it's necessary to maintain equilibrium.

Alphabert & Ryan Benitez: We will not be making orbs trade-able. As Kellow mentioned, this leaves a window open for exploitation, and that is not something we are willing to risk.

Hi Kellow,

My bad. What I meant by that was that items such as Colourful Meteors, EXP/WP Orbs etc that can be used multiple times to permanently improve character attributes and create massive imbalance in the game are no longer trade-able. Weapons, armour, battle mounts etc bind to a character after use, and are not stackable, permanent attribute increasing items.

Hope this clears that up.

What is going to happen to people who abuse the system (such as creating 10 alternate accounts, leveling them all to 60 & repeat etc.)?

I don't see the wrong thing in creating such accounts. Imagine the effort of leveling them to 60 is really admirable.Let them be! Its their tme that are used up.

Its a valid question. There might not be people leveling multiple accounts up to 60 but I can guarantee there will be people making multiples and going to 40. That would give you 205 silver. 40 is easily achievable in less than a day so do the maths.

I'm like Nick, I would also like to know what there stance is on making alts and leveling them and what checks are in place (if any). Some more info pls Greg.
