(riiing, riiiiiing) Koram, ol' buddy ol' pal, its your friend cpt. Obvious
Hey bro. I hear you're having some trouble with the locals and I wanted to give you some advice to understand them...
    "The Noob"
The players in a game are like the citizens of a nation, when young they tend to be patriotic, motivated, and generally ignore authority unless directly confronted by it. Economic impact- small, but easily influenced. ie - give them shiny things to distract and amuse them, and they are likely to spend a little to "buy in"
     "The Veteren"
By now they've either won a server and they're feeling powerful, or were gloriously defeted and looking for revenge (ah the good ol' days) The result is about the same, we are either super-active, super-spammin, or both. The leaders, teachers, and diplomats ( yes trolls too ) start to shine and accomplish great deeds. Economic impact- Large, this group contains some future "super-spammers" others are tramatized by broken events, secrecy about rules/game mechanics, and those infamous fist meetings with CS
    "The Founders"
These people have seen it all, long-time players and spenders who if lucky have made awesome friends and stuck together through drama and intrigue to battle through multiple L servers. We are tired, burnt-out and generally cranky, mostly because we've been around long enough to know things are getting worse. The big spenders are even mostly ignored and suffer through bad ideas and broken events, and paitience is running out.

*Event: An observable occurrence, phenomenon or an extraordinary occurrence - we dont need/want all day every day events... an event should be special, fun, and memorable. Above all -NOT broken, under promise and over-deliver and your players might think you care again.

*Customer Service: Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. According to Turban et al. (2002),[1] "Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation."   <- This x100, interaction currently resembles an IRS tax audit

*VIP: A Very Important Person or VIP is a person who is accorded special privileges due to his or her status, wealth or importance. A VIP program, known in most games as a subscription should be a choice going forward, seems to work in a few of your other games.

You still there Bro? I hope you were listening, if you remember to listen and communicate with your players, and grow the game- you can still make a ton of $$$, while not being hated by +70% of them.
