During the event time, players (Lv.60 and above) can get Class VII Gem Tokenx1 from Old Vagabond for 1 time.

Event 2: Exchange Gold Token for Various Gifts
[Event Time]: 00:00, Nov. 2 - 23:59, Nov.5
[Event Details]:
During the event time, Gold Token (costs 25 gold) will be on sale in Mall-Hot.
The Gold Token can be exchanged for various gifts with Steward Ha (Imperial –Forbidden City):
Gold Token*6: Int Atk Gem - Class X*1 (Only 1 time)
Gold Token*6: Accuracy Gem - Class X*1 (Only 1 time)
Gold Token*6: Poison Atk Gem - Class X1 (Only 1 time)
Gold Token*6: Dodge Gem - Class X*1 (Only 1 time)

Event 3: Multiple Gifts for Spending
[Event Time]: 00:00, Nov. 2 - 23:59, Nov.5
[Event Details]:
During the event time, Player who has spent gold could acquire gifts from Event Ambassador (Imperial- Forbidden City)
Spend 200 gold, get Dukang Liquor *20 (25 times at most)
Spend 500 gold, get Great Master’s Cultivation Method*500 (10 times)
Spend 1000 gold, get Gem Rebuild Book *50 (5 times)
[Note]
1. The gifts can be accumulated. E.g. if you spend 500 gold, you can receive Great Master’s Cultivation Method*500 and Dukang Liquor *20.

Event 4: Multiple Gifts for Charging
[Event Time]: 00:00, Nov. 2 - 23:59, Nov.5
[Event Details]:
During the event time, player who charge gold will get multiple gifts from Event Ambassador (Imperial –Forbidden City)
Charge 200 gold: Homebrew*2000 + Spring and Autumn Annals*200 (Only once)
Charge 400 gold: Purple Heirloom*3 + Spring and Autumn Annals*200 (Only once)

Event 5: Gem Rebuild: Break the Limit
Good news! The Gear Rebuilder has got breakthrough in Gem Rebuild Technology! When you rebuild the Gem with Gem Rebuild Book, the attributes will break the limit! You may get much higher attributes than before.

Event NPC: Gear Rebuilder – Black Tortoise Ave – Innercity Ave
Details：
During the event time, when you rebuild gem, you may get much higher attributes than before.
For example, the Atk Red Gem may get 148 attributes at most now after rebuilding. The Red Gem like Stamina may get 80 attributes at most now after rebuilding. The new attribute will not change after the event.

Attributes after breaking the limit:
Gear Attribute: All Atk Gems, Accuracy Gems, Dodge Gems, Critical Gems:
Character Attribute: Strength Gem, Stamina Gem, Spirit Gem, Stability Gem, Precision Gem, Agility Gem.
Def Attribute, Vitality Gem, Chi Gem attribute break the limit too.

Tips:
1. Gem will get new attribute only after rebuilding.
2. Go to find Gear Rebuilder – Black Tortoise Ave – Innercity Ave to rebuild gem
3. Gem rebuild Book is available in Mall.

The GM didn't reply in forum for a long time, issues raised wasn't answered either.
@oh56, I'm sorry to know that your server is dead...but Class VII gem token appeared only after someone pointed out that  Chinese servers are giving away Class X gems, be glad money-minded koramgames is giving Class VII. But this event seems very common now hence no need to extend the event's time.
Also, there was never ss3 event, only ss2 and ss4.
