I lost my Character?

Hi, i'd like to introduce myself to Serenia Fantasy by explaining how i found this game and began playing it.
It all started when i was on facebook, when i saw an ad for Serenia fantasy. I was quite interested so i clicked on it and it took me to the game.
I created a warrior and leveled him to lvl 17 and then i decided to logout. I click the "quit game" button in the system options, and it took me out of the game.
I then went to bed and now i'm go back on, my character seems to be gone. Then i realized, i didn't even register for the game, so that must be i signed in using my facebook account.
So i try to log in using my facebook account, and i can't find my character, it's telling me i have no login record and i have to create a new character again..
(Oh btw i have no idea which server i played on.)

Could someone explain to me what's going on?

for this make sure you login with facebook before & try from 1 server to other server will work... if you really login with facebook.. since server only 6 this won't be a problem anyway.....

I'm sure i logged in using facebook. Actually i went to check my facebook apps, and i remember it was this thing called "GameDP" i allowed or so. Then it brought me to the Serenia Fantasy game in which i created a character. (I had no idea about servers)

Anyways what i'm trying to say is that i'm sure i logged on using facebook, and now i'm trying again and i can't find my character on any server?.
(I read that other thread you gave me but it didn't help.)

hmm gameDP... make sure you login with fb o.o
but seriously i can't use gameDP to login it always interupted. i login via facebook from http://sf.koramgame.com/
then look at the picture:

Hmm, then I clicked on that facebook icon, and it automatically logs me in. I'm assuming it's my facebook account since I never log out if it.
This is what it shows.


I then try to log on to all servers, but my char just isn't there. Strange.

so in conclution gameDP have acces other third party login not facebook..... but it not feel bad to play again from over xD since you can reach lv25 in 1 days (*my opinion though)

Ah, what the hell, I found my character on GameDP's site.
Now i'm greatly confused, is GameDP a different server entirely or something?.
I found my character at this server.



And on GameDP's Serenia Fantasy site, there is only one server available.

as i see, you played different Serenia Fantasy...
and as far as i know, there are tons of SF games now, with different developer..
