When the patch releasing ?

so old gears with 12 stars glow will useless due to its will become perfect gem if we retrieve its  use reduction gem or we can transfer 12 stars glow to our new gears?

Perfect enchancement gem got by win lottery / use reduction gem (i'm buy and playing thousand circus lottery so far only get 1 perfect gem from it and save the gem for my next orange gear ) and its just simple change its become invalid ?

Example: The one you have in your bag,wont be able to use anymore in new version, so use it now.
