The form of leadership for us is very important.
We want our members to be happy about our commanders and DC.
Descriptions:
Democracy
Legion members vote for who they think should be commander. They have the power to impeach a bad commander. Members take a big part in advising the commander and making important decisions. Commanders must listen to their members' ideas, and must be effective. Members also get to tell their commanders about what they think about his/her decisions. Commanders and DC can only boot members that the legion members decide to boot.
Republic
Commanders and Deputies make the important decisions for the good of the whole legion. There are elections for who should be commander. Commanders have the permission to boot legion members that dislike them. There are no legion commander impeachments in a Republic. However, the commander must share power with the most trusted DC.
Fascist
A Fascist leadership is when the commander holds all authority. DC also holds some authority over members. Members, however, can impeach a bad commander and can elect commanders.
Monarchy
Commanders are not elected. No impeachments. Commanders hold all authority with DC advising. Legion members can, however say that the commander is bad. Legion members also can leave the legion if commander is tyrant. |
