MINOR: Mission Tracking repears after disabled

ok. so, I am a little bored at the moment...

Another minor display bug.   Mission Tracking reappears after is has been turned off.

Open up the mission panel and uncheck the Mission Tracking box.  Mission tracking on the left side disappears immediately.


Now go to the map and notice the tracking is still gone as it should be.


Click on the home button.  Notice Mission Tracking on the left reappears.  If you open the Mission Panel, you will notice the box is still unchecked.
