Aw..sorry to hear that. Q_Q The last person that got theirs it took a really long time too..and I mean they should all be distributed by now, so they're probably delayed by verification or something. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

I send in my ticket at 2012-05-26, and it was just closed about 20 minutes ago. No new updates, and no Kcoin Master Reward Box in my item mall.. sigh. Going to send in a new ticket I guess.

OK what if you have sent out 2 tickets and no one has responded to them for weeks? I can't send anymore tickets because you can send 2 only and neither one of mine have been answered. I am just glad it was only 30$ I spent on this. Thanks for the help guys........NOT! I spent my money on the 2nd day of the game how much longer does it take to verify that I spent it?

Colbeagle, I haven't received anything, and I'm also still missing my Kcoin Master Reward Box. I hate to complain so much via tickets and on the forum about not receiving items, and I still got two open tickets, so I can't make a new one about this.. so I'm going to ask here anyway, is it possible there is something wrong with my account (at least, for these Kcoin purchase bonus events, I did receive the Login to Win & Achievement Hunter Raffle items)? Or am I just unlucky, lol?

This occurs when you are below level 30 and trying to send an in game mail to someone not on your friends list.  Please add the recipient to your friends list and you should be able to in game mail them with out receiving this error.

Null IndexText:4926 still happens when the recipient is on my friendlist.
Does the other person also need to add you?
