Ah, thanks for bringing that to my attention. I overlooked quite a bit of text while I was 'correcting' them.

Level 45 - 19 point
Level 50 - 21 points
Level 55 - 23 points
Level 60 - 25 points
Donno if it's accurate or not, maybe someone can test it out?

I have the jobs sorted out you can use google translate from there
I suggest you use the google translated names for the skills in parenthesis since some of them do hint to the skill's properties.

轟天雷彈 ( Beverly Hills Cop shells )
Cast Time : 2.5 Seconds, Cooldown 20 seconds
Increases attack by 3,000 points. Deals lightning damage on all targets within 40 meters of the appointed area. Cooldown is fixed.

神行道 God-way Street
Cool down: 25 seconds, Lasts 15 seconds
Itself turned for the final appearance of the animal, increase the attack value of 6%, running speed, 2% dodge value of 5% for 15 seconds.
(spirit form enhance) --- I think

幻術空間 - Illusionist Space
Passive
Reduces 10% cooldown of teleport.

天雷之道 - Trick of the Road
Passive
Improve maximum HP by 3%, Cast speed value of 3%.

幻空靈絕 Magic Ethereal Mist
Passive
Improve intelligence bonus of 3%. Additional augmentation burst value is equivalent to 10% of the sum of the intelligence.

五行歸一 - Five Elements Normalized
Passive
Increases all resistances by 2%, reduces the damage dealt by critical hits by 4%

神行道 - more like "Way of God" (God-way Street is similar)
幻術空間 - almost got it right "Illusion Space" (Illusionist Space, 3 letter off)
天雷之道 - kinda like "Way of Sky Thunder" (Trick of the Road sound interesting tho)
幻空靈絕 - I donno about this one...
五行歸一 - "Five for One" is the simiple translate of it.

I was wondering if anyone here could help with some of the translations for medium skills because it seems not everything got changed to English.

So they don't even have a "Google-Translate" version of the skills, LOL

Spiritual Rise - Increase Renewal's Healing Amount by 10/20/30/40/50%
御靈潛能 -
Hidden Spirit Ability - Increase Max HP and Attack by 3/6/9/12/15%
逆轉光砲 -
Reversal Light Cannon - charge for 2.5 second, Increase Attack by 3102/ 3468/ 3770/ 4008/ 4349 points. Deal Ice Damage to all targets within 50 meters of linear range and Freeze Targets. Last 5 seconds. This Skill have a FIXED Cooldown
(2.5 second cast time, 20/20/17/17/14 second cooldown, last 5 second)
御靈氣盾 -
Spirit Shield - Obtain a True Spirit Shield on self to absorb up to 30/40/50/60/70% damaged taken by your Mana Points, 1 damage = 1 MP. Once you ran out of Mana Points or Spirit Shield duration is over, this effect will be removed. Last 12 seconds.
(instant cast, 20 second cooldown, last 12 seconds)
幻空靈絕 -
Ethereal Spirit - Increase Wisdom Bonus by 3/6/9/12/15%. Increase Magic Critical Hit by 10/12/14/16/20% of total Wisdom.
五行歸一 -
Five Elements For One - Increase All Resistance by 2/4/6/8/10%. Reduce the amount of Critical Damage taken by 4/8/12/16/20%.
(I assume it only affect Physical Critical, because of the word 爆擊, and not 術法爆擊)

"Cloudy Night Moon Walk" looks interesting tho,
but I am unsure if the "deal 4000 damage" to target(s) that attack you... last for the entire duration of 8 seconds, or will the skill effect be removed after being damaged
(it didn't say it will get removed, but it looks a bit OP if it stays for 8 seconds... in PvP, get hit 3 times, and your target is dead no matter how much damage they deal to you... even stronger than Reflect Skills...)

But if it does get removed... it means it will also removes the increase Magical Crit Rate while at it...
So it's either stay 8 second with Magic Crit Rate or use and get hit to deal 4000 damage to one target.

also to add to the side notes on the bottom of the simulator
"Two skill points are given per level at levels 51 to 60
(and I assume it reverts back to one point per level after level 60)
2nd class advancement is at level 40+ (and 3rd class is at level 55+, I think)"

They recently updated their skill simulator to include 3rd job skill point distributions for all classes.

At level 70 there are a total of 81 skill points available

So 10 points for 2nd job, and 10 points for 3rd job leaves 61 points for 1st job.

Also you're correct that 2nd job is lv 40, and 3rd job is 55+

but one question ... about the first skill u translated.  Are you sure its Attack Speed? i thought it was just overall attack damage.

BTW, I tested out the "Crit Points"

@ lvl 55 [crit value needed for 1% crit rate]

From the looks of it... the amount of points isn't consistent...
you need @ 99 total crit value, you need only 18.57 crit value for 1% of Crit rate.
but the amount of crit value you need for 1% goes up...
until it reaches 463... than it went into 20 value for 1%...

463 = 23.14% crit rate.

Thus... making it even harder to understand the value growth system they have in this game...
Here I had though it had a stable value # for 1% crit... (such as I posted previously in this thread about some guy posting an example of 21 value point @ 55, and 23 value point @ 60)... I guess the guy just rounded it off to the most seen value #.

Double Posting for 2nd Job Cooldowns (that I noticed was wrong)

Power of Self's cooldown is 1 min or 60 seconds.
The Chinese source left the cooldown blank, the 24~28 second 持續 is Effect duration.
It's the same as some other skills,
瞬發技能  冷卻   持續 20 秒
is translated as:
Instant Cast          cooldown ([  ] seconds)          Lasting [ 20 ] seconds
