[Event]Spirit Tales Closed Beta Event Schedule!

With CBT right around the corner we are preparing everyone for our awesome event schedule! Events will include scripted events, forum events and GM run random events!  Read below for information on our events and mark them on your calendars and brains, even your foreheads!  You are not going to want to miss these!

Scripted Events: (These are events run automatically by the game)

Event 1: Media Gift Packs


Details:
Players that received their Beta Key through one of our media partners can exchange the code for a Straw Hat Shroom pet. All you have to do is open the Item Mall, go to the Grab Bag page, and then enter your Beta Code and Username.

Event 2: Like a Boss


Details:
Players who defeat a boss summoned by the GM in the city of Solicia will receive Contribution points. At the end of the event, the 600 players with the most Contribution points will automatically receive a special reward!

Event 3: Twilight Fight


Details:
At 6:00 PM (PST), Lv. 40 players can participate in 5 Vs. 5 PVP, and receive PVP points. The top 20 players will receive special prizes and titles for Open Beta.

Duration:
March 15th – March 26th         *Winners will be announced on March 27th*

Event 4: Closed Beta Carnival


Details:
During the last two days of Closed Beta, March 25th – March 26th, players will be able to receive a CBT Carnival Pack from an assigned NPC. The Carnival pack will include Lv. 40 Artifact, Costumes, and Mounts. Additionally, we will start our double EXP event. Kill any monster and receive double EXP, *note: double EXP will not be applied to missions rewards.

Event 5: Spirit Tales Old Timer


Details:
All Closed Beta players who reach the Lv. 40, or have 72 hours of play time will be allowed to enter Open Beta early, and receive the Spirit Tales Old Timer Gift Pack. This includes many special items, including the coveted Sakura Pig pet!

Event 1: Helping Hands!


Details:
We want you to help us by helping others!  Players who take screenshots of players helping will earn a reward for themselves and the subject of the screenshot!  Post your screenshot in the official helping hands forum thread (coming soon!)

March 15th – March 26th

Event 2: St Patrick's Day Dance-a-thon!


Details:
GM Colbeagle has a fever!  A Green fever and the only cure is more dancing!  Meet up with GM Colbeagle and dance along side!  He might give  out some lucky dancers some cool prizes!

March 15th – March 16th Time: to be announced.

Event 3: GM Hide and Seek!


Details:
GM Colbeagle is also a crafty one!  He will hide in random locations throughout the map and give clues to players to find him!  Find him in time and you might receive a special reward!

March 16th, 20th 22nd, Time: to be announced.

Event 4: GM vs Players


Details:
Players must gather and join together and try to take out the GM in super buff mega mode!  Top contributors will receive a special reward! (Event subject to change)

uhm is arena gonna be opened just once per day? not 3 times like gdo? 6pm pst is a bad time for europeans.. it's like 3 am?

Well, even though you may be a healer, ALL HEALERS no matter what build you have, have a attack o-o...*lv 1 skill from the start* so its best to at least lvl up one skill to keep damage up XD but then again, it really isn't fair for the healers in a way, since all of their gear is based on healing, it means mediocre attack.

EDIT: considering the PvP event, 6PM is like 9PM for me and some of us have to sleep early (from NA and EST btw owo) =,=

What can the players expect in the Closed Beta?
In Closed Beta, we’ll be opening all content up to level 40 to our users, absolutely free! This includes 5 instances, hundreds of quests, a bazillion pets, PvP Battle Zones, and more! Not to mention special closed beta rewards, custom titles, and achievements only available to testers during Closed Beta! Oh and of course events! We’ve got events that range from holiday celebrations, GM beat-downs, hide- and-go-seek, screenshot and video contests, and everything in between. It’s your chance to win awesome prizes that carry over to Open Beta.

So far it's just Twilight Fight and Spirit Tales Old Timer that seems to carry over to open beta. I'm pretty happy about that because it doesn't put so much pressure on more casual players that want to come out with something to show for it. xD
