I have a complaint. I purposely split 2x 200 gold into 2 days so I cant get BOTH fire and forest guardian, because initially TKO doesnt say that we cant get BOTH element. I have a screenshot to prove this, but they changed the condition as soon as I complain, a very dishonest way! And I also recruited a 1 star epic, but I didnt get any treasured bolus as promised! Now I already bought some more gold for wind guardian, I dont know whether tmrw they want to give me or not     Very disappointed. LordKopi U5

Yes, you can have both. From what I know, you can't have 2 of the same epic heroes. You don't need the prove It's on page 1 lol

5-16-11 so today i purchased a silver chest for the 173rd time!
Thats right 173 chests equaling 865 gold in hopes of landing an oasis or field adjusting token or even a syrtax bolus and all i get it is lousy spells books that never enhance or lost 6hr souls! What a waste of my money man! Whoever setups up enhancing book, hero items and items to purchase in the game mall needs to wake up!
Put a field token and an oasis token for sale in the game mall or make a reasonable way to gain one! Does anyone else agree?

well, you're not doing it right..The best way to do it is..Buy a few silver chests, leave them in your inventory. Open a chest, look at the items on screen, usually about 22-24 items i forget. Look to see if good items are on, for example, oasis/fied adjusting token, or boluses. Only click "Open" when you see about 3-4 of them on screen. If you don't see many on, just close the window, wait 5-10 min, the list will refresh. This dramatically increases your chances of getting a good item. however, the probability is still crap. I tried this way 10-11 times, did not get any tokens/boluses as well. It's still horrible, yah =P

It is not what they say to me. They changed the condition as soon as I complained, saying I only can have 1 guardian. That's why I put my screenshot there. You can compare that it is different from the one in page 1.

PS: It is confirmed. I received responses from support team. They just dont care. I cant get BOTH fire and forest guardian. So disappointed. It is a misleading information they gave me. I guess they never care about customers and cares only for taking money.

From what I understand of the situation, I think you can get both fire and forest but they are rewarded to you randomly each time. So if you've already got one of those heroes, but the next day the randomness reward you the same hero, then you won't get any hero for that day. This might have happened to you. Check if this is correct. When you complain to CS though, I suggest you don't bring up this technicality. Just give proof you bought Kcoins in day 1, and also day 2..but you only got fire guardian (another screenshot showing only Fire Guardian). Arrange everything nicely in Paint or Photoshop or what have you. Give them no excuse that, you didn't provide enough evidence and hope for the best. Good luck bro.

Edit: Read this explanation from them AFTER they received my complaint:

1. There are 6 different grades of rewards which depend on the gold amount which you top up. You just can get once for each grades of reward. Such as if you top up 200 gold and get a Forest Guardian randomly, then if you top up another 200 gold in next day, you will not get Fire Guardian, that means you just can get Forest Guardian or Fire Guardian from this event instead of getting both of them.

The combination of Forest Guardian and Fire Guardian can trigger
All hands Go combo skill: Increase offense's cavalry by 10%, decrease offense's attack by 10%

Now that we cannot get both, it means u guys been tricked to add 200 gold. sorry guys. Koram still sucks.

ah i see, I did not notice this change in text as well. If anything, I was not reading through this carefully since I assumed it to be the same as every other event before with guardians. Anyway, it said the thread was edited by kiwi 4 days ago though. Long before the event started. So they didnt screw you. Maybe you were like me, thinking it was the same as before.

I agree with you. And there is no attempt from them to satisfy us as customer. In my country, we can report case like this to fair trading tribunal protection for customers for misleading information. I guess the work ethic is different in their place. Very disappointed.
