My general build. Prec 2, spi 1 until 40, then it's prec 2, stab 1 or prec 2, agi 1. depends on my eq set. Rebuild often.

spr increase int atk. and chi. Int atk. is main force of Wu-Tang. and they rather need a lot of chi in long combats.
prec increase accuracy, critical strike. Believe me you would not like to miss a lot with Wu-Tang, becouse they dont have so strong Vit (usually if not going on def build, which i personally didnt test becouse i dont see it usefull). crit, you will need it becouse of those damn nice crits that wu-tang have. They have one of top atks of clans so crits must look scary.

for skills... it depends for what you would like to use tham and on what lvl range.
to explain all that it would be best to find some Wu-Tang mentor in game or to find some specific full guide about Wu-Tang, for what i didnt notice any on forum.

personally i would suggest to everyone to try builds, and not just ask for tham. start clan you would like to play on 2-3 servers and test different builds. Maybe best possible build with 1 clan isnt found yet. you never know what you can find, and you cant find if you dont test.
Thats how i started. Made Wu-Tang build that i use atm, and i am more than satisfied with it
