Step by Step to Teach You How to Import Sony DSC-RX1R II XAVC to FCP X on Mac.

Step 1. Load files to the software

Click "Add Video" or "Add from folder" button on the top menu to browse and choose XAVC files you want to convert in the program.

Step 2. Choose the proper output format - Apple Prores 422(*.mov)

For editing XAVC files with FCP X on Mac, from "Format" drop-down option, choose "Final Cut Pro" > "Apple Prores 422(*.mov)" as the proper format for FCP X.
