1. Level Restrictions
Players of Lv.20 and below cannot PVP actively. Other players cannot PVP players of Lv.20 and below. However, Players of Lv.20 and below can join a PVP team, but will obtain Notoriety as punishment.
2. Protection for Players of Different Levels when PVPing
To prevent high-level players from killing players of lower levels, players are not allowed to PVP those 30 levels or more lower than them.
If there two PVP teams, the highest level players in these two teams must be within 30 levels of one another.
a. Cannot PVP a team which is 30 levels or more lower than you.
b. Cannot PVP a team which is 30 levels or more higher than you.
3. PVP Time
PVP Time of server is from the time that maintenance occurs until 24:00. Players can PVP other players during this period in the available PVP scenes. The entire server does not allow PVP from 24:00 to 6:00(am).
4. PVP Area
PVP is not allowed in the following scenes:
a. All cities (Yang County, Imperial City, Dragon-gate Hostel)
b. Instances
c. Scenes of different events and contests have different PVP rules.
5. PVP Setting
The status among clans include “neutral, allied, and hostile”. PVP rules are set according to status.
a. Neutral clans will get notoriety if they PVP with each other.
b. Members of allied clans cannot PVP.
c. Players who don’t join any clans are in “Neutral” status.
6. Team PVP
a. PVP is started when the leader begins to PVP or any member is PVPed by others.
b. There are no restrictions on the number of opponents a player can PVP- one on one and one on many are both allowed.
7. Accumulating Notoriety Points
Players whose Notoriety is 0 will get 1 point of Notoriety when they kill players whose names are not in red (names that are white, blue and pink).
Players whose Notoriety is equal or greater than 1 will get 2 points of Notoriety when they kill players whose names are not in red (names that are white, blue and pink).
a. When players get 256 points of Notoriety (maximum), they cannot PVP actively but others can PVP against them.
b. When player’s Notoriety reaches 30 points during PVP, they will get a note stating that if your Notoriety is more than 30 points, you will go to Jail if you die.
8. How to eliminate Notoriety
Killing creeps
a. Killing creeps whose level is equal or higher than players’: kill 50 creeps to eliminate 1 point of Notoriety.
b. Killing creeps whose level is 20 levels or less lower than players’: kill 100 creeps to eliminate 1 point of Notoriety.
c. Killing creeps whose level is 20 levels or more lower than players’: kill 200 creeps to eliminate 1 point of Notoriety.
Getting rid of Notoriety through time
1 point is eliminated after 1 hour online. If your Notoriety is increased, the time will be restarted.
9. Punishment for Notoriety
Players whose Notoriety is more than 10 cannot form teams.
Players in red cannot enter instances and Guild War.
Player whose Notoriety is from 10 to 29 cannot enter Safezone including Imperial City.
Revive in Jail: Player whose Notoriety is more than 29 will be revived in Jail after death.
The higher the Notoriety of a player upon his/her death, the higher the chance of dropping items that are able to be dropped.
10. Slaughter and Peace Mode
The icon of Slaughter Mode is in the shape of an eye and beside the character avatar. Two colors include red and green indicate Slaughter and Peace mode respectively. If a team has a player in peace mode, the leader cannot start PVP.
11. Jail System
Player will revive in jail after death if his Notoriety is 30 and above.
Restrictions when in Jail: Forbidden to use City Scroll, Shop Scroll and teleport.
Players will not get Notoriety points including a white and pink name when in jail.
Forbidden to attend guild events and system events (cannot go to the battlefield).
Players are still allowed to perform guild operations and chat.
When a player is in jail with a red name, he/she cannot access scenes, nor go to group scenes until their notoriety is 1 or less. Once notoriety is 1 or less, a player can freely move about, but the game will not automatically take the player out of jail (player must move to another location to get out). When in jail, a player’s notoriety will decrease by 1 point after 6 minutes (not applicable if player is offline).
If a player goes offline when in jail, they will still be in jail once they log in again.
12. Blue System
Players whose Notoriety is less than 1 point, can challenge and defeat Notorious players to get 1 point of Fame.
Blue players will have special colors and World channel titles.

13. Fame can Decrease
a. When players whose name is blue with Fame of more than 75 kill 1 non-Notorious player (player whose name is white, blue, or pink), their Fame will decrease by 100. If a player’s Fame is less than 100 to begin with, his/her Fame will decrease to 0 and their name will turn white.
b. When players whose name is blue with Fame of less than 75 kill 1 non-Notorious player (player whose name is white, blue, or pink), their Fame will drop to 0, and get 1 notoriety point (name will become pink).
