Q: What is Chat Channel? Is it free?
A: There are 7 channels including All, Current, World, Guild, Team, Private and System. “World” is a pay channel which costs 500 silver per entry.
Q: Why didn’t I consume my Loudspeaker when I spoke in World Channel?
A: Players of Lv.10 and above can speak in World Channel for free several times without consuming a Loudspeaker.
Q: How to transfer chat channels?
A: You can just click on the different channels if you want to check them. If you want to speak in different channels, you need to change the setting beside the input box. You can click on player’s name to send private messages.
Q: How to show my items to others and how can I check others’ items?
A: You can drag the item into the chat window and then the item’s name and rank will be displayed in the chat window automatically. If you want to check an item, you can just click on the item’s name.
Q: How to add an expression icon in the chat channel?
A: Click on the“Smile”icon on the right side of the chat window to open the expression list.
Q: How to add friends?
A: Click on “Society” on the lower right corner of the game interface to add friends. Additionally, you can click on other players in current scenes to add as friends.
Team
Q: How to form a team? What’re the rules?
A: A team can contain 5 members at most. Teams get their own chat channel. The leader forms the team and the members can invite other player to join with the leaders consent. Only the leader can move or start to attack. Other members will move with the team. Only leader can click on disband or invite.
Q: How to form a team to fight?
A: The attacking order is decided based upon member agility. The targeting depends on the members’ attack settings. If there are not any settings, it will choose a target at random.
Q: How to distribute the rewards of team?
A: Once a team has defeated its opponent, one member will receive the reward at random. Players can check the battle data to find out who has received the reward. Double dropped items will also only be available to single players and cannot be shared by a team.
Guild
Q: How to level up guild? Is there any bonus?
A: Players can create a guild which contains 10 levels. If you get the required silver and Guild Contribution, you can level up your guild to enlarge your guild warehouse and capacity.
Q: How to use guild warehouse?
A: Every guild owns 1 warehouse. Only Chief and Vice Chief can get items from the warehouse. Other members can only reserve items inside.
Q: Where can I create a guild?

Trade
Q: How to trade with others?
A: Find other players in the right hand column and then click on the “trade” option in the drop list menu. Then you can trade instantly. You can also send normal mail or trade mail to trade with others. You can set the amount and place 3 items in the trade mail.
Q: Can I trade gold for silver?
A: No. This function is unavailable now.
Q: How can I get gold and silver?
A: You can kill creeps to get gears and items to sell to Merchant. Otherwise, you can also get some silver when you finish tasks. Of course you can always get more gold by charging.
Q: Is there an Auction System or Rechargeable Card System in the game?
A: There is an Auction System in the game. You can find Auctioneer at Imperial City - Crimson Bird Ave. or click on “Help” to sell or purchase items. If you consign the items successfully, you will receive silver in the mail. If your consignment fails, your items will be returned by mail.
Q: How to trade with offline players?
A: You can send trade mail with the price desired. The trade will be finished after the buyer pays.
Q: Wan can I do if I never receive my trade mail payment?
A: The mail will be returned when the trade mail has expired. The expired date is 7 days.
