Map and Channel Changing Delay

Hi, I just noticed my problem a few days ago during raids. Between a friend of mine and me, i have a 5-10 sec delay at changing channels and map compared to him. Also in raids, this tends to be crucial to get the next channel boss. My friend and I have the same internet speed  (1MBps both of us and he changes maps and chs very fast) and I have a stronger pc than him ( I have 4 GB Ram and 1 GB VGA card). Also, after a few hours playing, the delay starts getting longer and longer until it gets really annoying (20 sec delay). This is solved by restarting the pc but I hope anyone can give me a suggestion to solve this problem without restarting it every hour or 30 minutes (sometimes occurs after that  small period of time). Well Thanks to anyone that read this and hope anyone can give me a suggestion. I'll try to reinstall tonight but if anyone have another suggestion, please post it at this forum. Thanks.

It's mostly caused by Graphic and Internet connection.

My laptop runs slower than my desktop (They're side by side, so I notice the difference, LOL)


Also, there's some tiny Server lag going around too, it's randomly poping up on random people, sometimes causing disconnections.

Well a friend of mine use a laptop with 1 GB Ram and 256 MB VGA card and loads faster so I scratched the Graphic problem. We both have the same internet speed so it keeps me wondering. I'll reinstall and see what it happens and ill post the results later. The main reason why it is wierd is that I have absolutely 0 lag everywhere besides a little lag at raid, arena and GVG, which is reasonable due to the amount of people. What surprises me is that I get 0 lag inside dungeon, go out then get massive delay on map changing then 0 lag again. It appears to be only with map/channel changing secuence that lag/delay occurs. Thats why i think its a client problem for now. If anyone have any suggestion ill appreciate it and ty for the reply and the reading. ^^

I reinstalled and the latency still occurs. It had been happening since last patch and its making the gameplay really horrible. After an hour or so playing, there is a unbearable lag that requires to restart the pc. Any other suggestions beside reinstalling the game?
