idk if is bug or not but if we deploy (lets say) 30 k troops in a city at 10:00 and some1 send by mistake his troops at 9:30 the sistem announce that all  30k troops wil reach the destination at 9:30 .... this can be realy confusing for that alliance members

its designed that way, it announces total deployed and then arrival of 1st units. it can be confusing at 1st.

still i would like to know when the bigger number of units is getting there instead of 1 unit who got sent by mistake by a new player or a mess up it really is confusing. please do something about this...

and the rally sign added by the supreme commander disappear after what 1st troops are massacred

It's not a bug, just designed like that, the system message will change from time to time, and always announce the next arrival time.
