What are the chances of getting blue item from crafting?

the medium crafter is clearly bugged when ya get all whites from the medium crafter 4 times in a row

I noticed the same thing, I've seen nothing better then lvl 3-4 greens on the 1st crafter, and the medium crafter has given me nothing but white items....have not yet seem the 3rd crafter initialize at all yet....and I've sat there spam crafting, refreshing it 5-10 times in a row...and it was nothing more than a total waste of coupons. I just gave up after that and let it cooldown naturally ever since...

First crafter have chance only for Green items. Second one have chance for greens and blues, but that chance is simply low. Its not like its bugged. Just need patience.

Just as Avarita told, medium for blue and green, but the first one only for green.
