Well...well...well...very well said indeed!

Perhaps the word 'Hacking' might be misused here then. But in any case it's still very evident someone obtained KMB's log-in details and helped himself to a 'free-for-all' personally.

That seems to imply that we can go rob a bank because a bank is always full of money. But it won't be the robber's fault. Because in the first place, they are foolish to keep money inside the bank.

LOL dude! U're totally missing the point here. Thus it's kinda hard to get it into you what exactly it means. So I shall not bother. And yes of course robbing the bank is against the law in real life. However, morally, it's against humane moral values to be a thief in an online game as well. But dun think you can get it though. LOL!

stupid analogy. do you really think bank owners or bank account holders are stupid enough to share their accounts with other people especially people they don't know? Robbery is the crime of taking or attempting to take something of value by force or threat of force or by putting the victim in fear. i'm pretty sure no threat of force or fear were involved in this situation. just plain old stupidity and irresponsibility of the player.

Generally everyone is entitled to have their own opinions.

If my analogy is stupid for you, then I will have to live with that.

But then again, we have to live with the degrading moral values of the human race in this increasingly competitive globalized world, ain't we all?

You can come up with your fantastic logical explanation of what is robbery. And since there are no rules governing moral standards, you can definitely live by your straightforward black and white rules. But when its comes to plain old stupidity and irresponsibility, you're not that far off.

good point but in my opinion, moral values of human race have been the same since the beginning. if you ask me, moral values are more degraded before than today. but back to the topic at hand, it is not fredcop's fault nor it is kickmybutt's fault. it should be koram's responsibility to provide good gaming experience for their players and with this type of gameplay with no 2nd password whatsoever and very poor customer service, a good gaming experience is impossible to achieve. but also note that koram provided rules for players to follow which in my opinion, has been broken just like what happened to kickmybutt.

LOL! I definitely get your point. But I won't go back to the beginning of the human race cos I think I ain't ancient enough. So I can't possibly judge whether moral values have always been the same since the beginning.

Everyone has their 2cents worth on this issue. But if you asked me my opinion, KMB may have deviated from the rules and regulations set by Koram but that doesn't mean the person who somehow gotten KMB's log-in details ain't at fault. It's easy to blame Koram for anything untoward that happens. Same like the society today, some people are forever blaming the society but the fault will never lie with them. I'm gonna give you a analogy which you may deem stupid again - Real life robbers will never blame themselves but the society for not being able to get a proper job that pays their daily living expenses.

Never in any post that I made did I say that KMB did not flout the rules. But no matter how an argument is put forth, the person who 'robbed' KMB is definitely at fault.
