how to move troop and hero to sub-city

You can move your troop and hero to sub city by using support mode.But when they are in the sub city, you can not deploy them to attack others,they just stay in sub city.

i biult my new city and recriut the new hero in my old city. my new city is without a hero or a governor. what 2 do?

It's fine.  Your heroes can move around your cities freely and be deployed from any of them.  Your troops, on the other hand, cannot.

You cant send ur governor as support to other cities. You can change or dismiss him from gov position before deploying as support mode
