okay how do i use my lobbyist to degrade enemy loyalty!

1st you need to demo the annex, then you need to attack the city with the lobbist and troops with a hero multiple times and depending on your kingdom, the loyalty will drop 20-25% each attack with the lobbyist. once loyalty hits 0, then the city will be yours as long as you have enough CV to take another city.

Hi bro, if you mean your player name then this can only be changed when you transfer into a 'U' server ie a Merge and is only available right at the start.

Maybe Customer Service can help but I am not sure if they change names any more.

better try than read or ask, because if you failed on 1 time trying, you still have the chance to try more than 40 times in different server.. Best way to survive is learn in old server, then get yourself into new level in new server once you got the point

Food consumption per hour (the top number of the ratio, for example  707/1037)

I thought this was equal to your city population + food being consumed by your heros and troops.  But in my case, city population is 372...and I have NO heros or army!  So what is consuming the other 707-372 = 335 food per hour?  Is this problem only on S76?  Or all servers now because of 3.0 "upgrade?"  CS says "build more farms," but that is not the point.  Or am I a hopeless noob that understands nothing?

You are correct, but you can have population without having farms.... At what level do you have them? And what is the grain output? Then you can see how much your population consumes for the grain you have... In governors building you can see how much food you consume and your population

If you have oasis look in your command center under support maybe someone parked there and is eating your food...
