Intermediate guide for non-gold players
hi there NGdrifters...after you have a good grasp on the startup guide
below intermediate guide is a follow up...
important theme
#1 "Research" -> "Meditation"
Leveling hero (especially the main character) is very important
There are many silver players who never did get a lvl 100 hero to play with ever
But true fun of the game really begins once a good character reaches lvl 91
Therefore, reaching lvl 91 is first priority for silver players
#2 Purchase and recycle equipment daily
The purpose of leveling a character is so that he/she may be equipped with high lvl equipment
High lvl equipment are to be upgraded by the scraps from recycling process
Thus, collecting scraps, becomes the number 2 priority for intermediate silver players
#3 Save up rare items
The key idea here is not to waste rare items on trashy equipment
What is good and what is trashy? Well... I will cover that section in advanced guide...
the 3 ideas above are simple, but the implementation and execution will take literally 3~5 months
i will give you a result:
main character @ lvl 100
lead stat more than 300
regular attack on any zhao yun shall be 50 slain or more
(evenly the god-like, the best zhao yun in US server)
how to achieve
A) manor managment
*before maxing Empire of One and Hero Summit, please see startup guide
*after maxing Empire of One and Hero Summit, revise to manor build and count below
-7 high silver income manors:
preferably all 20 residence, you may do so by leaving the 14 residence untouched until resource maxed out
rebuild lumber/quarry/refinery/farm into 4 max residence, and lastly rebuild warehouse/granary into residence as well (may use rare item to generate just enough resource to max the remaining 2 residence)
-1 capital manor:
1 warehouse 1 granary 2 lumber 7 quarry 2 refinery 7 farm
-1 army/combat manor (prefer 2-star manor near capital):
5 archery range 3 stable 4 workshop 1 barrack 1 training ground
1 warehouse 1 granary 1 lumber 1 quarry 1 refinery 1 farm
-2 resource manor:
if 7-star, 1 warehouse 1 granary 4 lumber 5 quarry 4 refinery 5 farm
if 6-star or 5-star, 1 warehouse 1 granary 3 lumbuer 6 quarry 3 refinery 6 farm
the purpose of this build is to get U1 (prefer Attack Ballista) and U2 (prefer Northern Assassin) first
then while pumping out units, max meditation

B)~D) shall be covered in advanced guide So roughly 1 week has gone by after the #4 post of startup guide
the progress of changing capital to resource manor
as you can see the change is totally dramatic
the progress of 2nd resource manor
most buildings have reached level 15 and soon ready to support military manor
the progress of changing 1 of silver manor into military manor
a few things to explain here...
1. to move resource around, i must have carrier (or wagon), therefor you see 2 stable pumping units and 1 barrack pumping carrier
2. i have already trained 2000 light calvary to help me acquire honor points
and while i am assaulting with my light calvary, i have 450 carrier assisting with food supply
3. to do this, of course food becomes very important to mobilize troops
therefore food output is noticeably higher than other, even silver income
above setup is just to prepare to send troop into battle
while i am doing so, growth of my general is also very important
1. growing a general first requires leveling, which started from meditation research
and with level, you can enhance hero stats, and augment when possible
2. buy and recycle gears, repeat play History Campaign in Arena to obtain rare items
see? it's already 12/13 on the history campaign, looting for green gears and gravels
after stocking up rare items... there comes the result
oh yea~ 5 pages of goodies...
lastly, without using gold at all, anyone can accomplish pretty individual statistics as follows
hero ranking by leadership
player ranking by development (not so important)
and lastly player ranking by honor
