Appeal to include soul Jewel in Transfer rewards for L7
Today is the day that L7 completes the transfer from L7 to L11. It is an suitable time for Koram to lanuch ANOTHER Transfer reward for L7 players.L7: we want merger rewards ( begging)
Koram: the move is technically a Transfer not a Merger.

Koram: but... we can give another TRansfer rewards which include Soul jewels

On one hand, it makes customers happy. On the other, Koram is not losing any face because by benting to pressure.

Yes. I agree. There are very many Unhappy L7 players out there at the moment. I am one of them.

I can understand you L7 guys' complaints about the server transfer, but you know that transfer was scheduled already, and server transfer rule is different from server merger rule, also the rewards. We could not break the rule which created by ourselves, if so, how can we face to the players of next server transfer? Hope you can understand us!
We keep paying attention to you guys' feedbacks on forum, Pazzini also reported this issue for several times, we care about all of our players, we will launch more great events in the future, just have fun! appealing for a different reward? what do you mean by that? By any chance, are you asking a different reward for L7 people only? L7 and L7 only reward? Then what about L11 originals and L12? Are you asking koram to treat people differently, when you do know that there's an existing rule about it?
Sorry about the list of questions, but from what i read, i only see selfish request for L7. Do you mind explain yourself, in case my interpretation is wrong?

Yes, I'm forum moderator. But primarily, I am also a player, and I happen to be playing at L12. Before L12, I played at L5. And before L5, I was in L3. L3 happened to go in server transfer mode to L5, and people from L3 accepted Transfer rewarding system without complaints. Now, L7 happens to be in similar situation as L3: if you are asking different Transfer reward, what should L3 people do? And what about any other server which underwent Server Transfer rule? They all sticked to the rule, with no complaints. If L7 gets a different treatment, will that not be unfair to other people?
Last but not the least, this whole L7 issue is derived from L5/L7/L10 transfer/merge Poll. The outcome was the result of direct votation of a list of choices determined by people suggestions and koram decision. What you people are calling unfair is the result of votation exactly. Unfair votation? Koram treats people differently? Or maybe players vote differently? Beg pardon for my next expression, but who do you think you are to contest the result of an open Poll, expression of people free choice? Are you suggesting that each server should have equal saying on matters, rather than every player has the equal saying? If L5/L10 had more players than L7, do you think that, just to balance out the value of each server, you can diminush the value of every single player in L5/L10? Do L5 and L10 individuals count less than L7 ones (not to forget that L5/L10 would not necessarily vote against L7, and personally, i didn't vote the poll and somany people did so)?
I wouldn't interfere with your L7 protest, since I do believe it is constructive protest which everyone can profit from it. But this last "i am appealing for a different reward, under another name" thing made me think differently.... O.O don is watching this thread....

Been plays this game since close beta- S1-S11-S15-S16-S25-L1-L5and now in L-12 how many times i transfer already.. Koram treat us same in this case...
And With additional Koram already try their best with this promise --->
"we will launch more great events in the future, just have fun!"

Server Transfer:
Unified servers have to meet the term below in order to have a Server Transfer:
There must be three or more Balanced Servers within the said server’s Development Range.
So L7 should be server merge not server transfer right?
Or someone trying to cover Koram mistake in the first place.
Maybe someone can help me understand better.

Go read the Poll, it is a decision made under suggestion, and not koram self-decision. People voted, just go with the decision of the majority.
ps: Just like what some people already pointed out, there was no development range anymore, that's why Koram did that poll under suggestion by players.

I already stated that i have no objection to your protest until now, but I have issue with you guys when you clearly stated you wanted CONCESSION made to no one before.
I am not defending koram just because you see me as forum moderator. Koram does not need me to defend its company (as if they needed one single individual, with no degrees in law, who is one of their customer, to defend their Online-browsing gaming company, with funds at disposal ). I am just making sure NO DOUBLE-STANDARD is being given out. And I do believe not only moderators should have something to say about not giving out double-standards. yupe.. REMEMBER about Koram sent us Mail to dropping our voices about L5 L7 L10 when all 3 server near finish???

As what you said, since Koram listens and care for their players.
Run these 2 polls:
Let players vote if Transfer rewards should be revised to be same as merge rewards.
If not, please explain the logic of having different rewards between transfer and merger
Let players vote if L7 players should receive merge rewards
If not, please explain the logic of allowing rules to be broken by a voting but cannot make a fair exception for the minority group. As what you said, since Koram listens and care for their players.
If koram does not listen to players, why should koram give out Soul Jewel for free to everyone, since you people made it clear that SJ is what you cared about.

Your suggestion to open new Poll open the double standard issue: L7 can get poll and see if it can overrun existing rules, while L2&L3 stick to "whatever had happened, had happened" policy.
AND I say it one more time: I INTERVENED because of DOUBLE-STANDARD issue. That's why you people didn't see me doing what i am doing now in the past days, because in the past days your objection was somehow constructive-like. Then let them get their soul jewel as well. I do not particularly care for any reward myself, not being a competitive player, but right now the L7 players who expressed concern is concerned about "L5 players get more SJ and make L7 less competitive", and they are not happy that koram's solution is "everyone get SJ including L5".
I don't see any L7 players really objecting to L2/L3 getting a fair treatment.
Of course, I believe koram had its own reason for this solution - that it might be difficult, or impossible to find a player's server origin. L5 players get more SJ and make L7 less competitive

(Don't look at me like that! I know I am stupid enough already) the issue here is: every existing server followed the same rule, and those who got more SJ is because they faced more server merge than others. And honestly, you can't blame them for finishing server quicker than others...
As for now, situation is what it should be, not fair nor unfair. <--- This is the main part of my argumentations
