Yeah, the one with the most people signed up, which is number 4.

More lower levels for you to be potentially paired with.  Still a great amount of level 55 now, but you may more likely encounter a 55 in the other ones.  I have never really tried, but picture this. 3000 potential opponents, compared to 500 potential opponents.... In ratio, probably more lower levels will show up in D4, people like you.  It gives you a chance.
