The Heroes you may be referring to our acquired from an Event or new function. The Heroes added in the list are only those attainable from the day-to-day Career Centre.

Kiwi, Conx, Balap, Dr. and GB, i have something to ask. recently (about several weeks span, probably from start of msc) i fought against MSC a lot more than usual but still did not get any epic. and i notice others did not get them as well. usually, i will get about 2-4 1* epic per week but right after msc, it seems to be so hard to get. is the chance of getting epic from EG drop really low or something wrong with u13 server? my friends and i setting our goal to get 2-4 epics per week but for several week already we did not get any. NONE. NADA. please explain or take a look at u13 if possible. maybe the glitch that cost u13 did not get the log in reward for Thanksgiving has something to do with it? but anyways, please do something.
btw, how many 1* total in tko for now? i try to have a full collection of them...hahaha.

I can check it out, but I don't have enough power to give confirmation that a glitch has occured so I'll look and see but we'll have to wait for Kiwi/Dre's verdict on the matter :(

And to add on to Conx, having 1-4 epics a weeks doesn't mean you will get it every time. It's based on hard luck, not on statistics :) There may be a chance that you didn't get it because the chances gets lower when you have more epics. (compare 500/650 to 100/650 remaining epics, multiplied by a fixed probability which no one knows, which one is higher? :o) But still, there may have been a glitch, so we will check :)

thanks for taking a look conx and gb. i would not post here about this matter if i had not done some work myself. after a week or 2 of not getting 1 single epic, i suspected and leave my comp on when i slept/worked so i can check the EG hunting report of others when i got back. still, none of them getting any. i dont have many 1* epic at all, less than 30. and i understand about the chance, probability, and luck too but seem like the whole sever is not getting at all for several week. that is very strange right? yall play too right so once in a while u will get 1 or u will see others get one here or there. but in this case, it seems so lowww if there is nothing wrong. well, just do anything yall can to help us out. and thanks up front.

Spending 1k gold does not assure you a 2 or 3 star epic. It's all about luck :)
A couple of times I spent 1 gold and I got 3 star epics... Pure luck. A few times I tried 50 gold and 10 gold and I got some 2-3 stars too :)
And take note, there are 650 epics and only 20+ of them are 3 stars. Consider them as a blessing to get one of them. It's meant to be very hard to get them.
To add on, your nobility does not affect the chances of getting epic heroes.
